Goal: To be able to run 5km comfortably at a conversational pace.
Where are you now: You have been walking regularly and would like to transition to running. Or you took a break from running and would like to resume.
About program: This program aims to start you off on your running journey safely and gradually. Based on timed Run/Walk intervals. Plenty of motivation along the way and tips on how to become a more efficient runner.
Where we run: Cronulla Esplanade. We will venture north or south from North Cronulla Surf Life Savings Club
- 10 Weeks duration
- 1 Group Run weekly (scheduled, 10 in total)
- Run/Walk session
- Cool Down
- 2 Homework Runs (completed on your chosen days)
