About program: Variety is a key in this intermediate program. Weekly group sessions will take you on different terrain such as road, trail, and sand. Expect to be challenged and engaged with a mix of easy paced longer runs and shorter dynamic sessions aimed to improve your running fitness.
Where we run: Sunday mornings on Cronulla Esplanade and beyond
