Goal: To be able to run 15km comfortably at a conversational pace.

Where are you now: You can comfortably run for 8km at an easy conversational pace.

About program: Variety is a key in this intermediate program. Weekly group sessions will take you on different terrain such as road, trail, and sand. Expect to be challenged and engaged with a mix of easy paced longer runs and shorter dynamic sessions aimed to improve your running fitness.

    • Run/Walk session

    • Core
  • 2 suggested Homework Runs (completed on your chosen days)
