Goal: To be able to run 10km comfortably at a conversational pace.
Where are you now: You can comfortably run for 30min (or 3-5km) at an easy conversational pace.
About program: This program aims to bring your base running to the next level. Each week you will learn a new running technique (speed intervals, hill repeats, tempo runs, fartlek) which will help you to improve your running fitness, build endurance and stamina to run further.
Where we run: Thursday group runs on Cronulla Esplanade
- 10 Weeks duration
- 1 Group Run weekly (scheduled, 10 in total)
- Run/Walk session
- Cool Down
- 2 suggested Homework Runs (completed on your chosen days)
