Have your eyes on the iconic City2Surf Fun Run this August? Feeling determined to conquer a famous Heartbreak Hill and sprint to the finish line in a glorious Bondi Beach?  Then look no further and join us for our 10 weeks training program this winter! 

We offer a fun and safe team environment with all sessions led by accredited, supportive, and experienced Run leaders. Meet other like-minded runners to motivate and keep each other accountable. 

Whether it is your first running event or 10th we’d love to help you reach your goals and get you across the finish line! 

Training Format

Weekly group session on Tuesdays at 6pm. 

  • Active Warm-up 
  • Running session (Quality workout including Interval Training, Hill and Stairs repeats, Fartlek’s and Tempo Runs) 
  • 2 Homework Runs ( to complete at your own time
  • Core exercises
  • Static cool down stretches

Location: Cronulla Esplanade/Don Lucas Reserve/Gunnamatta Bay

Please note: You should be able to run 5km comfortably to join the program

City2Surf entry is NOT INCLUDED in the program fee. Registration is available through City2Surf website.

City2Surf is all about fundraising and supporting a good cause. This year we chose to support Beyond Blue organization with  $10 from every Program Fee donated to help raise vital funds and awareness for people affected by anxiety, depression and suicide.
