You never ran before or you want to get back into running after a very long break, you came to the right place.
We are here to help you transition from either couch, walking and even crawling (have experience with my two daughters) to RUNNING! We are excited about getting YOU into your running gear, and out into the fresh ocean air. To make this transition as easy and enjoyable we created easy to follow programs that progressively challenge you week after week. All we need from you is desire to get started and commitment for 10 weeks!
